Great central location, surrounded by bustling Asian restaurants and cafes. Spacious and quiet room on 6th floor with kitchen facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Daily room cleaning and comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again. 👍

During my new year stay, I was pleased with the helpful and friendly staff who provided excellent service. The spacious and modern bathroom was clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's prime location near the Princess Theatre proved to be very convenient, great to easily access restaurants and public transport.

One downside was the noise from outside, particularly in the mornings with delivery trucks passing by. The lack of double glazing on the windows amplified the noise, making it disruptive at times.

The location of City Limits Hotel was perfect for exploring Melbourne. We were just minutes away from St Patrick's Cathedral, the Melbourne Museum, and so many great shops. The room wasnice and neat, and we really appreciated the soap dispensers in the bathroom. The wifi was excellent and the heating kept us warm. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with self-catering facilities for breakfast and snacking during the day. The location was excellent, right in Chinatown and close to great restaurants. It was also just a short walk to Bourke street and near the Parliament Station/tram spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it easy to access theaters and explore the city. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, with a kitchenette facility that comes in handy. The lobby is beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The toiletries provided are of high quality and the daily room service is excellent.

The hotel can be a bit noisy at times, especially in the mornings due to construction noises and the rubbish truck collecting bins outside.

The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the convenience of free trams in the CBD. The hotel's proximity to the Parliament House stop made getting around the city easy. the hotel offered a light breakfast in the room or the option to venture to Le Petit Cafe for delicious treats. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

A fantastic location, walking distance to Melbourne CBD and close to public transportation. Great variety of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Beautifully renovated accommodation with a modern kitchenette and clean, updated bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning/heating was excellent. Perfect 10/10 rating.
